EveryMind Named One of Bethesda Magazine’s 2021 Top Places to Work

[ROCKVILLE, MD, November 5, 2021]

EveryMind is honored to be one of 16 organizations recently named by Bethesda Magazine as a “Top Places to Work.”

This annual program was created by Bethesda Magazine and Best Companies Group to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Montgomery County and Upper Northwest D.C. benefiting the area’s economy, workforce, and businesses.

“We are truly honored to have been recognized as a Top Place to Work,” said Ann Mazur, CEO of EveryMind. “The well-being of our community is at the heart of all we do at EveryMind, and our amazing employees embody that spirit to their core. They are truly the lifeblood of our organization, and we value the dedication and passion each of them brings to work every single day.”

To be considered for participation, companies had to have a facility in Montgomery County and/or Upper Northwest D.C., have at least 15 employees working in the eligible areas, and be in business a minimum of one year. Companies from across the Bethesda area entered the two-part survey process to determine the “Top Places to Work.” The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

“The Bethesda area has many great companies and many great employers,” said Steve Hull, co-founder and former editor and publisher of Bethesda Magazine. “The companies in our ‘Top Places to Work’ list have attitudes and policies that make employees want to work and stay there.”

The rankings are published in the November/December issue of Bethesda Magazine. You can also find the results in the digital edition of the issue on BethesdaMagazine.com.
