Mental Health Awareness Month

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Month comes at a particularly pivotal moment. Now, more than ever, its important to pay attention to our mental health as well as our physical health.  Prolonged periods of stress, anxiety, isolation and uncertainty can make it difficult to navigate these difficult times.

That’s why the focus for Mental Health Awareness Month 2020 is Tools 2 Thrive.
